Our premium Pure Ivory Shea Butter and skincare products are handcrafted and free from harsh additives, making them naturally perishable. To maintain product integrity and hygiene, we adhere to a fair yet firm policy on returns and refunds as outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns and refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

Damaged in transit — item arrives visibly damaged.

Expired, spoiled, or defective — product shows signs of spoilage, or malfunctions.

Incorrect product received — you receive a different product or size than ordered.

We cannot accept returns due to change of mind, personal taste, or after opening.

Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery will unfortunately be ineligible.
3. Timeframe & Documentation

Photo of proof of delivery (shipping label or courier receipt).

Without both forms of documentation in the specified timeframe, we're unable to process a return.

Replacement typically ships within 2–5 business days of claim approval.
B. Refund

If a replacement is unavailable or not preferred, we will refund your original payment method.

Expect refunds to appear on your account within 10–30 business days, depending on your bank or credit provider.
6. Non‑Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds are not granted in the following cases:

Buyer’s remorse or order errors made after purchase.

Damage caused after delivery (e.g., drops, misuse).
