1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states (including Hawaii and Alaska)

  • U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses

  • Selected international countries (contact us for confirmation)

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or restocks, processing may take up to 5 business days.

📦 Free Shipping is automatically applied to qualifying U.S. orders of $50 or more (before tax).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

If you don’t receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact support@shopnobn.com.

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • Carrier-related issues (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx delays)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not liable for packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

If a package is returned to us, reshipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the package and contents

  • Email us at support@shopnobn.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • We’ll review and, if eligible, send a replacement or issue a refund

For lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered,” please file a claim with the carrier and contact us for support.

8. International Shipping Notes

  • All applicable customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates; customs processing can cause delays.
