Shipping options & rates

Available shipping options, service names, and your final shipping charge are displayed at checkout before

payment. Availability may depend on your order and delivery address.

Order processing

carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from time in

transit.

Delivery & tracking

Delivery estimates depend on the shipping service selected at checkout and begin after the carrier receives

Warm-weather deliveries

Shea butter can soften or melt in warm temperatures and may have a different texture after cooling. Please

bring your package indoors promptly and allow the closed jar to cool in a cool, dry place before opening. If your

jar arrives leaking, broken, or with a compromised seal, do not use it; contact us for assistance.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please contact Nuttynobn@gmail.com promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging,

if safe to take. Keep the packaging while we review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Address changes & shipping destinations

Check your address carefully before ordering. If a correction is needed, contact us as soon as possible;
